If you are a cardiologist or clinical geneticist and would like to refer your patient, please get in touch.
Referral requires:

• A referral letter from yourself outlining the clinical diagnosis, including supporting investigations as appropriate. All aspects of cardiac genetic counselling and testing require careful ascertainment of the clinical phenotype. 

• If genetic testing is to be ordered, we will perform this on your behalf.

• Verbal consent from your patient for their contact information to be provided to us, primarily an email address.

• Ensure your patient recognises this is a private service that will incur a fee that cannot be claimed with Medicare or a health fund, and that uses a primarily telehealth consultation model.
